Refund & Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a project by giving written notice through email or messaging. Work stops from the date the cancellation is acknowledged.

Design and development are delivered as time-based professional work. Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains chargeable, based on the stage reached and the effort already invested.

An advance payment reserves project time and covers initial planning and design work. Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, since the reserved time cannot be recovered.

• The project is cancelled before any work has begun
• An amount has been paid in excess of the work completed
• Agreed work could not be delivered for reasons attributable to Digital Axay

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

If a project stalls because required content, feedback, approvals or access are not provided, the project may be paused. Extended inactivity may be treated as cancellation, and completed work remains payable.

Changes to the agreed scope may affect cost and timelines. Additional work approved after the original agreement is charged separately and is not refundable once delivered.

• Third-party costs already paid on your behalf, such as domains, hosting or paid services
• Cancellations made after final delivery or deployment
• Change of mind after approving a completed stage
